I value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to every client. To ensure a smooth experience for all, please review my policies regarding late arrivals, no-shows, and cancellation
1. Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to accommodate other clients.
Repeated late arrivals may result in a late fee or the need to prepay for future appointments.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer your spot to another client.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50-100% of the service price.
3. No Show
Missing an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will incur a 100% charge of the service price and may require prepayment for future bookings.I understand that emergencies happen, and I am happy to work with you in unexpected situations.
